Worldroad content policy
Last updated August 21, 2026
Worldroad is a public brand atlas. A placement must be safe to view and safe to open for a broad international audience.
Not allowed
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, deceptive downloads, or destinations designed to compromise visitors.
- Illegal goods or services, financial scams, impersonation, fabricated government affiliation, or deceptive political authority.
- Sexual content, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, or content that exploits or endangers children.
- Hate content, targeted harassment, credible threats, or promotion of violent extremist organizations.
- Logos, names, or links that infringe trademarks, copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Hidden redirects, automatic popups, misleading destination labels, or websites that materially change after review to evade this policy.
Enforcement
Worldroad may hide a placement while reviewing a report, block a dangerous destination immediately, request proof of rights, or remove a placement. Serious or intentional violations can be removed without refund. Enforcement decisions consider context, severity, legal obligations, and visitor safety.
Report a placement
Email abuse@worldroad.lol with the country, the reason for the report, the affected right or safety issue, and supporting links. Intellectual property reports should identify the protected work or mark and explain the reporter’s authority to act.
Appeal
A holder can reply to the moderation notice with context or proof of rights. Worldroad may restore a corrected or validated placement. Appeals do not pause urgent safety or legal action.
